Happy Fall Y’all!
I hope you are all enjoying this amazing fall-like weather (well, how Austin does fall at least).
The market stats will highlight for you the pace of the market that I have been personally experiencing since the start of the pandemic. In the greater Austin area, Year over Year data shows total sales are up almost 20%, home prices are up 17%, and days on market is down over 50%! This has created an incredibly competitive market and a strong sellers market. If you’re considering selling, call me and let’s talk about your specific situation. For buyers, it’s never been more important to have an agent that is working for you to find off market opportunities. That’s one of the favorite parts of my job!
Life does seem to be returning to a vague resemblance of “normal” (ok, the new normal). Kids are returning to school routines, sports are back (to some degree), and Halloween decorations and political signs surround us. Stay healthy and enjoy the season as we head towards the holidays!
