September 2020

Happy September!

Just because we welcome this new month does not mean summer is over in Central Texas. The idea that cooler temperatures are just around the corner is exciting though. In true Austin style, we’ll be moving from flip flops to cowboy boots in no time at all.

We are trying to catch our breath after the busiest summer of real estate activity. July and August are usually slower months but this summer was quite the opposite with buyers flooding into Austin from outside the state and many locals looking to change their space. It is still very much a sellers market so if you’re considering selling at all, please call me and let’s discuss!

I hope you’re enjoying your new “routines” as we enter into month 7 of quarantine.  The last 6 months have equally flown by and felt like several years at the same time. Best of luck to those who are now back to managing school schedules as well.

All my best,
